This Cookie Policy explains how we handle cookies and comparable storage mechanisms on our website at anoviwellness.com (the "Website"). It supplements our Website Privacy Policy; in particular, Section 4.4 there describes the legal framework under § 25 of the German Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz (TDDDG) and under the GDPR.

2. What cookies and comparable storage mechanisms are

Cookies are small pieces of data that a website provider can store in your browser or read from it when you visit. Comparable storage mechanisms include local storage, session storage, web beacons, and tracking pixels.

Under § 25 TDDDG, storing information on your device or accessing information already stored there is generally permitted only with your consent. Consent is not required only where the storage or access is strictly necessary to provide the service you have explicitly requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

We do not set cookies or comparable storage mechanisms for advertising, tracking, or analytics on the Website.

Where our hosting provider, in individual cases, uses technical mechanisms strictly necessary to provide the Website securely, this is based on § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (strictly necessary for providing the requested service); no consent is required for this.

4. Cookieless web analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service. It does not use cookies and does not track you across websites. Visitors are counted using a daily-rotating hash created from the incoming request, and the visitor-session lifespan is discarded after 24 hours. Analytics data is aggregated and is not made available to us in a way that identifies individual visitors.

The processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). Because the service operates without cookies and without storing data on your device, no consent is required under § 25 TDDDG.

For clarity on what does not happen:

No first-party or third-party cookies
No advertising or targeting cookies
No social media cookies or embedded social widgets
No local-storage or session-storage mechanisms for tracking
No web beacons or tracking pixels
No device or browser fingerprinting that persists beyond your visit to the Website
